Emails Keep Coming In for Cancelled Services
So… I tried out Telus internet back in September. Within a few days it was out for a couple of hours and had unreliable speeds so I cancelled and they assured me there were going to be no charges since it was within the free cancellation period. Fast forward to Oct, Nov and now Dec. I am still getting an email for outstanding charges. I’ve called in last month and they confirmed they’ve fixed it in the system and now another bill has come in. Same thing, they had Acquisition Group sales people come to our building to promote "deals". Their folks quote different prices during the day as I was coming home from work and then came down later again. Had the same guy try to tell me a higher price point and sell me into a package I had no need for.
