No order number sent for 4K box order.
Thought I’d ordered. Had a lengthy conversation with agent. Shows as change on my bill but I never received the device. Need to know if 4K box will work even if I don’t have a 4K TV. Hugely annoyed that Netflix isn’t supported without this device, as it is one of the few things worth watching.
