Did you know you cannot use a non-Telus eSIM-card?
I bought an eSIM card from another company and properly installed it. With no notice, easy roaming charges for 3 days appeared on my bill. Only when I called was I informed that I had to use a Telus eSim card. The data I used in the US came from my e-Sim card. No advanced warning, no budging on the charges, and now no customer.
