No live feed from doorbell camera to web portal

I can get a live feed from the app but not via the web portal. I can, however, get the saved video clips there. Also, my landline (which is from Bell) hasn't worked since the Telus installation. Any idea why it would be disconnected?

Thank you. It was indeed a loose cable that the technician had forgotten to put back in! I have reconnected it, and all is now well.
