Asurion Coverage is a Scam
I attempted to file a claim with Asurion so that I could repair a Samsung phone on the Telus 'Bring it Back' plan. The claim was denied, and upon a follow up call the representative was extremely obstructive, focusing on little details about the phone and required confirmations etc etc. He actually got mad at me! THIS COVERAGE IS NOT WORTH IT! Having been a Telus customer since the '90s I'm extremely disapointed that Telus uses this company to back their product.3.7KViews1like2Comments
