Why on earth would you send a message to my phone saying I would receive credit for my device in 2-3 credit cycles when you have already credited my account for device. the message reads as follows we've assessed the device you returned and it has been accepted. Look for a credit on your bill in the next 2-3 billing cycles! Why on earth do you send out this message without telling me I will be getting a future credit when apparently the credit was already applied. This makes absolutely no sense to me. Why don't you send a message saying the BIB device was accepted and the credit applied. Why do you term it a future credit that will be applied in 2-3 billing cycles. Please in future do not send misleading messages. State facts. If credit was already applied why on earth would I need to wait 3 months?2.4KViews0likes0Comments
