Port forwarding on Technicolor EWH1350TLU

Hello, I had Telus PureFibre Gigabit Internet installed last month.  How do I configure port forwarding and control the DHCP IP range on the Technicolor EWH1350TLU?   What are the login credentials for the network access hub NH20T?  Thanks.
