Perhaps. It just seems like a lack of logic in their programming. Just pick the first channel with the specific event. It shouldn't need to record them all just one copy. The Telus TV+ app glitches A LOT on the Telus Android box compared to all of my other devices. I can literally sit beside it and stream no problem on my.phone. Netflix on the same device is smooth as silk for playback. Optik-KateI've also run into another annoyance that you can't record the same series on multiple channels. So for Formula 1 racing events where TSN seems to randomly choose which channel for each part of a race weekend, I can get it to only record F1 on one channel. So THIS weekend I can get qualifying on Saturday and the race on Sunday, but not the practice session on Friday. I think you should be able to select ALL CHANNELS and it just picks one of the available ones. I recently signed on with Telus from Shaw. Still getting used to the new interface myself. The UI has some quirks, but having experience with Chromecast with Google TV its not as big of a leap from using any other app. I do wish we could turn off the suggestion of Pay Per View items, and the lack of ability to set a series recording for only new episodes if a new episode is not in the calendar is annoying to say the least. I have yet to experience some of the other issues that some people have mentioned, but we shall see.8.1KViews1like0Comments
