Poor cell coverage

Has anyone else had poor cell coverage in the newer areas of Edmonton just west of St. Albert? (Kinglet, Trumpeter etc.)

Oh I know IM SUPPOSED to have great coverage but I'm still dropping calls and people have great difficulty hearing me because I keep breaking up.
