Re: Replace ONT to get sfp capable ont.
Sorry didn’t let me put a message body. I signed up for service 15 months ago. The house already had some old Nokia white box without a sfp. When they installed services they gave me a new router but left the ont as-is. Months later I wanted to plug the sfp module into my router and realized my ont isn’t capable. I called to get it replaced but they said it will cost me a service fee to replace. Even though they didn’t replace it to begin with.
