We just had to replace our Optik 4k pvr box and it probably took about a week to ship out once we contacted them about it having problems, then it took another couple days until it was delivered. I would actually recommend contacting Telus support, that to me seems like a billing issue and if they promised you a bill credit it should be there, I have normally have most those problems fixed just from making a call to there support.3KViews2likes2Comments
