Optic TV App VOD error message

Since the recent App update, I keep getting the same error message with any VOD content that I attempt to play.

I am subscribed to the channel. Fortunately, I have discovered the source of the issue. I wasn’t maximizing the window to full-screen viewing. Once I did that, the VOD will play.Thanks for the response!Sent from my iPhone
