I am not sure what you mean. When I login it shows I have Stream+ Basic, and disney is there, but when I click to "Activate" it just takes me to Disney+, I login, and then Disney+ asks me to select a plan (as if I have no active subscription). I have a Stream+ Basic plan that is billed to my credit card directly (not through any telus bill which the bot doesn't seem to understand as an option even though I clearly have it). Anyway, for whatever reason disney says telus cancelled my subscription even though I clearly still pay for Stream+ and Netflix/Prime works, just Disney doesn't. Please help. The Telus assist bot is completely useless for this.
