CANNOT ACCESS ADD ON's: !!!!! so frustrated with on line experience
Wow: I am not a 'rusty' internet user butI am stumped: I want to remove my additional channels from my plan and I am going round and round: cannot 'select box' to remove the extra channels and the chat is just a copy of the automatic AI info rvia the 1-888-811-2323 number. Yes, I logged on/went to OPTIC TV/ found the right spot, but no option to select and remove the add-on channels. Does anyone have any suggestions? I use to be able to add and delete additional channels via my laptop on their website. Where are the humans?Solved10KViews0likes14CommentsRe: Telus email on MacBook broken - connections to host imap.google.com failed
We had the same problem: finally connected with 'real' support: he mentioned is may be a Google question and offered to get back to us in a few days: my email then was working with no follow-up on landline or text: you may have cleared up the mystery. (I REALLY am miffed with the piggy-back business decision via Google: it is a rat's nest trying to get through to them). Now my partners telus email is not working as of two days ago: will copy and print this for him (or try to send to the google mail on the browser!) What a circus! Thank you so much for your sharing6.9KViews0likes0CommentsRe: call control cannot log on
Hi again Nighthawk: tried both but no go: trying to get a response via the CHAT BOT turned my hair white: any other ideas? or, maybe I just have to pour a cup of coffee and wait for a human tech. SO MANY bogus calls lately especially from 1-800 numbers5.7KViews0likes0Comments- 5.8KViews0likes0Comments
call control cannot log on
It was recommended I use #99 on my landline to help with blocking robo calls. The computer generated voice response was this is not available to me with the type of account I hold. I then tried to log on on my laptop/MyTelus and I get the 'eternal spinning wheel from hell' when I try and request this service. Is this free offer only available for mobiles? I consider myself astute and proactive with all types of scamming and have manged to block on individual calls..but that only take it so far: the limit of stored numbers is very small on the answering machine itself. thanks for any ideas re: getting this free (as suggested by the online tech support) service on to my landline.Solved5.9KViews0likes4Comments
