Closed captions come on using browser
Watching TV+ on Mac (macOS 15.4.1) with Safari 18.4. During live tv or watching recordings, closed captions always comes on, even though it isn't selected. USUALLY I can toggle closed captions on then off and the CC disappears. When I change channels or start a new recording, the CC comes on again. CC is NOT turned on in the Settings. how do i get the NASA channel? Im on the new Optik TV service. Is it avail in HD? 4K? SD? I have 167 episodes of a tv show recorded with TELUS tv+. Want to erase them. I can’t see a way to erase the entire series. Looks like I need to erase individually? The Telus website for the new Telus TV+ service shows that recordings can be viewed on a browser on a computer: "If you have the Recordings bundle included as part of your Optik TV combo, you can also initiate playback of your recorded programs from the Recorded tab." However, this is not the case. Is the website in error or is this functionality coming soon? Telus customer service and techs talked to today don't know. Want to know before cancelling internet, tv and cell service and going to any of the other providers - who have all had this capability for years.Solved14KViews0likes7Comments
