Do I have to pay first bill after cancellation?
Long story short: Telus representative called me to offer me a better plan at a lower cost than I was previously on. I accepted the plan. The cost of the first bill is quadruple what it should be. They lied and I'm annoyed so I'm cancelling tomorrow. Under the agreement, I'm allowed to cancel without repercussions within 15 days so long as certain conditions are met. I'm not on a contract.
