Hi Dr, Yeah exactly what I thought hence my original post after contacting Telus support and was told that they do not have any hardware that supports anything highrr than 1gb . I have the Arcadyan WiFi hub. So now i am confused . I recently upgraded my internet 1.5gb speed. However it most unfortunate that I use wired connection to my pc, Telus recent hardware does not support anything faster than 1gb wired. Seems like waste, I also kind of think it is false advertisement when they offer 1.5gb speed internet but don't have the proper hardware to actually provide 1.5gb speed hard wired to your pc. Very disappointing .I am hoping they will be able to provide proper hardware to be able to get Higher than 1gb speed .Solved5.8KViews0likes5Comments
