so, I checked devices out and so on I checked prices of plans anyhow on 80 a month and when I want to upgrade, they won't let me keep the 80 a month I was told its Grandfathered. what can I do to fight this thanks? 

I was offered 12 whets better 13 and up some are 10.00 a month and higher thanks? I am on a tight budget. what's the difference on 12 and 13 14 etc? 

anyone know whets best for a disabled person with reading issues and writing issues thanks?
