As per the Wireless Code regulated by CRTC: "Trial period You can return your cellphone within 15 days, without penalty, if you are unhappy with your service. Use up to half of your allowed monthly usage during the trial period. Persons with disabilities: You can return your cellphone within 30 days, without penalty, if you are unhappy with your service. Telus customer service used to be much much better, however I haven't had many issues when I called in. Today the only issue was when I request call back as the wait would be 15 minutes I had to call again because it passed 30 minutes. I wasn't able to register for call back because my call was already registered. It didn't take long to receive the call after that.16KViews0likes0Comments
