Very high taxes on first bill

I just got the S22 ultra. My monthly bill was quoted as 142 (before taxes)My first bill is 354 (about 179 in taxes)What gives?

Okay great that's what I thought thank you! So as I understand it then, the next bill will be closer to the original quoted monthly payment?
