Gratitude for the reply/info. Have reported it again, who knows maybe this time...? It's a two iPhone household, not sure if Apples are less reliable for the wifi calling enabled option. If it wasn't for text and other data messaging having taken over how we communicate, the situation would be untenable if we still used voice calling as much as we used to. Anyone else in the Riverdale neighbourhood in Edmonton suffering with regularly dropped calls and unreliable Telus service? This has always been a problem since we've lived here (only 1-2 bars despite being steps from downtown Edmonton) but some days I can't even make a call. We are a stone's throw from downtown Edmonton and have almost no signal. One bar most of the time sometimes two. It's gotten significantly worse in the past few years, now if I walk from one room to another my calls will drop. Literally have to stand in one spot to make a call - and yes, wifi call assist is on. All three Telus phones (two personal, one work phone) all have this problem. Anyone else barely able to make a call from the Brickyard in Riverdale, Edmonton?1.9KViews0likes1Comment
