Can’t seem to get the new Telus TV app to work no matter what I try. Sign in is fine, but if I try to play live tv, it hangs, and then I get an error message “playback error: sorry an error was encountered. Please try again…”. Works fine on my iPhone...
Can anyone tell me why I can’t seem to get the Optik app to work on my iPad? I’ve tried all the usual things. I keep getting this:
