Is there any way at all to manage PIK TV to change or add channels, the website offers nothing but errors. PIK TV has been a trainwreck since the start (years now) whether its the app not working or the website not working....the redesign was another...

This happened just before the update from PIK and now it is happening again, regardless of the browser used I get logged out every 1/2 hour and have to log in again only to get logged out in 1/2 hour. Cookie is set and no adblockers etc....refreshed ...

When I use MyTelus.com to add or change my channel lineup it errors and randomly deletes channels when adding others, it is unusable and the tech dept has the same issue......they have been working on this for 2 days since I brought it to their atten...
