Help with porting my number from Rogers
Looking for some help here - I’m trying to port my phone number from Rogers. I went through the MyTelus app - requested the # change, input my account info and got the confirmation text with my Rogers SIM card in the phone. I replied “yes” and the number is now removed from my Rogers Account. Problem is that it shows as a number in the MyTelus app, but the SIM is still tied to the temporary number provided by Telus. I’ve had this # for 20 years and I don’t want to lose it. I tried calling the support line, but it’s closed??? Please help.Solved8.1KViews0likes2Comments
