Filter goes from the jack in the wall to phone and modem. We don’t have a landline number, as the enterphone just connects to the suite so we should be able to plug in and go but there is a dial tone. Enterphone and internet line
Hello! Recently moved into a new condo and had wifi/internet set up. We have a phone that we plug into the same line for our enterphone and was told we needed a DSL filter. When the phone is connected to the DSL filter and the modems are connected as well, the phone has a dial tone but it will not ring to the suite when buzzed at the front door?
