Thanks for the offer of support (@TELUS_Support) I never followed-up because I was out of the country for 3 weeks. On my return, I find that the service is working again with emails originating from Shaw.ca To recap, the email to text service always worked when testing from Gmail.com It was only using the Shaw server that things when silent (no text ever delivered). Someone at Telus must have reset something in the last 3 weeks (thanks). Hello, Thanks for replying to my issue. You asked the following: "are you aware if Shaw are having issues with other providers regarding this service?" I don't quite follow. If Shaw has blacklisted the Telus domain, it will be specific to @msg.telus.com and testing with other providers doesn't help us much. Shaw's SMTP will usually kick back with an error if something is wrong. I get no errors when sending. Maybe you can explain a little further if I'm out to lunch 🙂 By the way, I had the same issue in 2021 and it was resolved by Telus when submitting a support ticket. Email "texts" sent to msg.telus.com from a Shaw email server don't reach the phone (no error message). Testing with Gmail.com and another email provider in the same manner, no problem. It is therefore something specific to using the Shaw email server.
