Cat Ethernet cable for 1GiG
What Ethernet cable should I use for Telus pure fibre 1GiG. I was thinking of getting a Cat 8 because people recommended me that since it has higher bandwidth it’s better(2Ghz) but also it’s too over kill for some people. I just want an honest answer I need a low latency and a fast Ethernet cable approximately 25ft long, because I want to take full advantage of my internet and want low latency. I live in a Front Garage house and I booked an appointment for installation for my 1Gbps Telus pure fibre and I was considering having the router installed on the second floor is that possible, also does the technician need a coax outlet aside from the Ethernet outlet and plug outlet to install the router. I have my entertainment centre upstairs so therefore wanted everything setup upstairs so I can connect Ethernet cable to my pc. Please let me know so I know!
