I GIVE UP! I have had a telus email address since the age of dial up. I am NOT tech savvy but understood the email migration was inevitable so scheduled it. I now cannot access my telus email on microsoft 365 outlook after trying every work around recommended online. I guess it's time to seek out an alternate service provider for our internet, home phone, and tv. Telus needs to understand that every day humans are not tech wizards and, despite all of their promotional material suggesting this is a super easy thing, this change is resulting in a lost customer for all services connected.9.7KViews0likes0Comments
