Hi Telus.Your customers shouldn't have to use a VPN to be get the internet to work properly with certain sites.Why should we have to pay for a VPN or a VPN like service (https://1.1.1.1/) for your problems?I'm having to use NORD and it's 90$ a year....

Try using a VPN and then whatever Family Monitoring app you use.If it works please let us all know.It worked for me.If it works for you it's an issue with the Modem and Telus can't keep giving us the cold shoulder.Regards

Try using a VPN.If it works let us know.... then Telus has an issue affecting customers in different ways and they better fix it cause the VPN is costing me!

Try using a VPN and see if it works. That's what I did for some other issues and it worked. If it does. Please let us know because it could be Telus has issues that are affecting customers in a variety of ways.
