Re: Telus refuses to remove account
Not quite the same thing, but Telus keeps sending emails regarding my father's account to my mother. My father passed away May 2020. I have asked them repeatedly to stop. This has been sad and enormously stressful for my mother. She thought she was doing something wrong and was going to get is some sort of trouble. On a brighter note, my mother is now 90 and doesn't remember much so is far less bothered by this.606Views0likes0Comments
