Sorry to use your post but It's extremely difficult to get through to Telus these days......if anyone at Telus is listening.....YOUR SERVICE STINKS!!!!!!!! The switch to Google mail for the majority of your customers I am in contact with is an unmitigated disaster for most. And trying to get it corrected or even attended to is just as bad. Ever since Telus in it's usual 'wisdom' switched to Google mail, I have all sorts of problems one of which is some of my e-mail messages 'didappearing and in several cases not even getting through! I have talked to many others who are also experiencing trouble since the changeover.......most have given up trying to contact Telus and are changing servers or just simply making the best of another raw deal. I am far from satisfied with Telus and have no faith at all in their customer service which stinks at best and non-existent at worst. I'm switching as soon as I can.1.5KViews0likes0Comments
