Can't change password on the second account in My Telus
A family member who has an account in my account is in the process of migrating. They asked him to change his password in his account. We tried multiple times during the day, without success. We follow all the rules for passwords, Telus sends us a code to verify it's my account. We enter the code and the new password and all we get is a "sorry, something went wrong." Very frustrating. Migrated to the new Telus/Google mail yesterday. With my Telus account, I can send mail to my Gmail and Yahoo accounts but not to Hotmail, although this was never an issue before. From Hotmail, I can send to my Telus, Gmail and Yahoo accounts. Any idea what setting is wrong?2.9KViews0likes2Comments
