Help! I am locked out of my Optik TV line up! Did I fail to upgrade
Wednesday last week, all I was good, Turned the TV off, but on Thursday when I turned the TV on for the evening news, I was greeted with a message that says CTV Edmonton HD You are not currently subscribed to this channel. Subscribe now from your TV and start enjoying this channel I am at a loss to understand why or how this is happening. Although I have a foggy recollection of receiving an email a few weeks ago telling me about some changes - (but I do not recall anything about if I failed to act on this whatever it was, that I would lose access to my regular TV channels!) and of course I cannot find that particular message, so I have no idea what I am supposed to do, Tech support is useless - I get some sort of AI Bot that cannot understand what I trying to ask, She continues to paraphrase and put words in my mouth - and then tells me that I need to be sure to push this or that button, When I did finally get to talk to a person, she transferred me to another human, but the call was disconnected before the voice came on the line. A further search of my email comes up with a suggestion that I bundle all my apps for a mere $70.00 a month, which is 210% than I am currently paying, So I don't quite see how that is a bargain.
