Re: So how much credit did you actually get after last month's email crash?
It's actually $23 per month + taxes. I'm currently getting the benefit of 3 different discounts. Two were negotiated and one was offered to everybody in our strata building. Unfortunately, the biggest one (which ran for a year, the one offered to everybody in the building) runs out next month in November.16KViews0likes4CommentsRe: So how much credit did you actually get after last month's email crash?
Everybody else seems to have received a lot more than me. I received an email offering me $10 credit and also $10 paid to a charity. I received the credit on my last bill. I'm on Internet only (Fibre with 25/25), but for what I normally pay, the $10 represents about ½ a month of service.16KViews1like7CommentsIPv6 Connectivity on 5Ghz Band
I have a T3200M dual band router. I'm running Windows 10 and I'm using a USB Wireless Adapter with a Realtek 8812BU chipset. I've tried different drivers for the USB adapter but they all have the same symptoms. If I connect on the 2.4Ghz band I have no problems with IPv6 connectivity. However if I connect on the 5Ghz band and go to an IPv6 testing website (such as IPv6-test.com) the test results say I either do not have IPv6 capability or that it is not enabled. I'm guessing there is some sort of setting on the router that should be changed, but I have no idea what to look for. A phone call to Telus Support was not too helpful. He said it should work but was unable to walk me thru what to look for in the router settings. Anybody got any ideas?2.4KViews0likes0Comments
