Wireless box pairing screen not coming up
Hello. We are trying to pair our arris wireless box. We have been using it wired for awhile, because my husband didn’t know it was wireless. But we aren’t getting a pairing screen. No matter how many times we restart, reboot, both the modem and tv box, the only screen that comes up is the “your optic box is initializing”. Never pairs, and that screen never goes away, assuming because the tv box is not connected to the wifi. Any suggestions?Solved10KViews0likes3Comments
