I signed with Telus a few months ago for Fibre home services. Now I am moving and the people on the phone say they can only offer me 100mbps at the new address for almost the same price. I want to cancel my services because they cannot provide the service I signed on for and I'm told I need to pay around 600$ to cancel? I did not sign on with telus for copper but for Fibre. This is unacceptable. What happened to customer service. If this is not rectified in the next few days I will be putting in a formal complaint with both CRTC and CCTS. I definitely will not use TELUS anymore after this and will never recommend.133Views0likes2Comments
