I am in the same situation. The wifi doesn’t work, which means can’t work from home. Been dealing with this for 3 weeks now. Hours and hours on the phone wasted and got nowhere. Now looking at switch back to rogers. Never had an issue for 15 years. I find this same wifi issue in forums. I am having the exact same issue. I have spent hours on the phone multiple times with Telus. Even had a couple of techs at the house and a new modem. Still doesn’t work!! So frustrating. I am looking at cancelling Telus and going back to roger which I have never had an issue with over 15 years.217Views0likes1Comment
