Discontinue Home Phone Services
I have called in 4 times now to discontinue our home phone line. Each time they say so sorry we will do it right now ..and then when I call back in a month they say sorry it wasn't done right we will do it now. Repeating cycle! They did remove the charges kind of ..I'm still getting a 1 cent per month bill and the account is still active. What can I do to get them to fix this properly I'm sick talking to these people.Solved437Views0likes9Comments
