In the same boat as so many others here, and continually getting the run-around when I call trying to get this resolved. Service installed on March 3. It's now July 2 — Monday will be 18 weeks since my install. There is no record of an order (got an email from Samsung confirming that) and each time I call to try and resolve the issue, I'm told someone will get back to me in 24-48 hours and NO ONE EVER CALLS. Was offered a discount on my monthly costs and a credit for my account, but here's the thing: I WANT THE TV I WAS PROMISED! I pay for top end service, my bills are always paid in full, on time... I WANT MY TV! You ran the promotion — you're still running the promotion now! — so make good on your promise and GET ME MY TV! I don't want to speak to someone that will open a ticket that needs to be addressed by the Telus Back End team. I don't want your understanding of my frustrations.
