Update Last name after marriage
Hey does anyone know how to update your last name? I've asked a few times now, they said to go into a physical store, which I did, and they took my ID but then said it would take a phone call to get updated, and when I got the phone call they weren't able to update it. I just spend some time with an assistant on chat, but they weren't able to update it either. Every other service I use was really easy to update, but Telus doesn't seem to have any built in processes for updating your name?325Views0likes2Comments
