I moved into the neighbourhood two years ago and tried to move my Telus account to my townhouse. Telus advised that their services were not available at the address due to outdated conduit. conduit needed to be updated and upgraded, but there was no timeline given as to when that would happen. I was forced to go with Shaw, which is outrageous in monthly costs. All I want is basic TV and a dependable Internet service. They could not assist me in anyway. I received the same response as Woodbury above two years ago when I purchased my townhouse nearby. TelusTV and internet is not available due to corroded and outdated conduit lines that require major upgrades with no timeline of when to expect those upgrades.261Views0likes0Comments
