Bridge mode on NH20A
Before I nbegin just know that I have read through the existing articles, but none seem to fit my situation, are out of date, or incomplete. When I try to place my NAH in Bridge mode (so that I can use my own Router/DHCP/DNS) with OPNSense), although I have tride severtal options, each has failed, calling TELUS to reset my WAN connection seem to be useless (they give me a Private IP to use on the WAN, or tell me they have no more IP Addresses, even though clearly a Public IP is needed via DHCP for Internet service to work. So my questions are: 1. Will enabling Network > LAN > Bridge even work anymore in June 2025 with TELUS? 2. If it will, what settings should I use LAN PORT FULL, LAN 1, or LAN 10G 3. If LAN 1 I'm assuming I use Port 1 correct? 4. If FULL I'm assuming I use Port 1 as well, correct? 5. Can I use my own routers WAN MAC or should I spoof the NAH WAN MAC? I have tried FULL, LAN1, and 10G with no success so far, has anyone else got this to work recently and if so how did you do it? Did you need to contact TELUS, and if so at what number (their standard support number is useless) Thank you in advance, I would really apprecaite the latest answers to this, one last question ,can I re-use the TELUS boost access points or will I have to buy my own wifi acess points?601Views0likes7Comments
