TELUS TV
My TELUS internet and TV was set up yesterday. I can't see anything about the TV on the MyTELUS app. Channels we were told would be available aren't. They have a house with a line icon through them and I can't use the app to add packs or anything. I've messaged on the support section in the app and it takes forever for anyone to answer, and I spoke to someone last night who transferred me to support, where I was on hold for over 40 mins and hung up at 7pm when I knew the support line closed. Anyone have a similar issue and any suggestions?304Views0likes1Comment
