To clarify—my use of two usernames wasn’t intentional. Your platform locked me out of my original profile without any way to regain access. I only created the second account because I was unable to post or engage through the first. If it helps keep things tidy, feel free to merge or deactivate the original account. I posted a complaint here in the official TELUS forums about fraudulent charges, deceptive billing practices, and censorship. They edited my post title from “Fraudulent Charges, Deceptive Practices, and Billing Errors” to “Billing Issues” without my consent—then deleted the entire post when I pointed it out. TELUS: This isn’t customer service. This is censorship and gaslighting.
