Hello, I have checked my packages on my May 14th bill and there is no change in their description so shall I assume that the reason I still have HGTV, Bravo and Food Network is because I had them before and you have grandfathered them into my old/existing package with no change to the package names? Secondly, I have checked my OD system again and I can't find any of those networks. If I search for say Rock the Block, it shows up under 'live tv' but under search it does not show under OD either. To the best of my recollection i never had a pkg called design and drive but i still have hgtv, food and magnolia, I will recheck my packages HOWEVER there is NO on demand content for these ? why? if we get the channel why not get access to on demand?4.3KViews0likes3Comments
