Getting calls from Telus
Is it only me that is frustrated with Telus? I keep getting calls from Telus to upgrade my phone and the phone I pick is not available and they tell me to pic another and they will change it to the phone I want. Except I never click it because there is usually a big $ attached to it and they tell me they will clear it. WTF is this legit? Also why is it that every Telus customer service agent has a thick indian Accent? Don't we have people that speak English so I don't have to keep asking "I am sorry what did you say?"?626Views0likes2Comments
