Right?!? Cuz my little 6 inch phone screen is an acceptable replacement for my drastically larger tv screen. As of Friday, no! The only solution given to me by Telus was to watch it on my iPhone, computer or tablet..lol. Here is the update we didn’t get from Telus.. so for those of you, myself included, who have Hayu as part of their package, I’d be switching your options as we are basically paying for nothing at this point. From Hayu Directly… We regret to inform you that Hayu is no longer supported on Telus Optik TV boxes. We understand that this may be disappointing, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. The Hayu app is now completely gone from my Telus apps and it says “the Hayu app on your optik tv box is unavailable. Continue watching on other devices” So why are we paying Telus for something we don’t have access to? I went to my Prime app on the tv and did the 30 day free trial for HAYU and it’s working perfectly. Caught up on all my stuff lol. You can cancel within the 30 day window and not be charged the monthly fee…which makes sense seeing as we are already paying for it through TELUS but unable to use it.3.8KViews0likes0Comments
