Why has Telus become a non-service business. Their AI assistant is worse than useless and keeps going in circles. When it does refer you to someone it is always the wrong department, and then they keep passing us around to wrong departments. We can’t get a straight answer from a live person. I personally believe that Telus should be banned from providing services. why? Because they add charges we don’t understand, they can’t tell you why, and there is no way to resolve the issue. whomever the executives are in charge of this department, they should be fired immediately.
