Does anyone answer the phones....
It seems like if you want to make changes to ANY other product, you can do it via the online chat bot/live agent. Home security it seems has to be done by calling the call center. Which would be fine, if someone would answer the phone..... Has anyone found a time of day that is better to get ahold of someone, or am I destined to spend all day on hold???1.3KViews1like7Comments
