Why do I constantly have to call Telus back..
Every month there’s a mistake of some kind. Every time I contact Customer Service or Support, the rep, where ever in the world they are, make my changes, we agree on the changes, but the very next month I’m billed without that current mistake being corrected. This is getting ridiculous and getting worse. I’m about ready to change. Oh ya, Pause Rewind, Fast Forward seldom is a working function as advertised… As Telus gets bigger the Service is getting worse.:canada:1.4KViews0likes3Comments
